INTRODUCTION

V Ace (Pvt) Ltd is initiating a transformative agriculture support system across Sri Lanka through the establishment of 1,000 Regional Agriculture Centers. These centers are designed to become the backbone of modern, decentralized agriculture input supply, technical support, and rural entrepreneurship. This proposal outlines the structure, purpose, operational model, and benefits of the project to prospective agents who wish to operate an agriculture center under the V Ace network.

OBJECTIVES

The primary aim of this project is to provide affordable, high-quality agricultural inputs directly to farming communities while simultaneously creating income-generating opportunities for rural entrepreneurs. The centers will offer:

• Fertilizers (Urea, Bio Phosphate, and other inputs)

• High-quality seeds

• Agricultural machinery and equipment

• Technical training and advisory services

• Access to future innovations like second- and third-generation urea

The core business of each center will be the distribution of fertilizers, particularly urea-based products. V Ace will ensure a consistent supply of competitively priced, high-quality urea via trusted importers and future locally-modified advanced urea formulas.

Our own fertilizer brand, "A+," will be distributed exclusively through the V Ace network, ensuring brand loyalty, quality assurance, and pricing control.

In collaboration with the technical institutions, V Ace will provide ongoing technical training to agents operating the agriculture centers. The goal is to develop each center not just as a supply point, but as a hub of agricultural expertise for farmers. Agents will receive training on:

• Fertilizer handling and guidance on usage

• Seed selection and cultivation advice

• Basic agronomic techniques

• Safe equipment operation

This positions the agents as valuable community resources, helping elevate farming practices while improving their own business credibility.
