Consultation Process

Our approach to holistic nutrition and wellness is structured, individualized, and deeply rooted in medical expertise. Each patient undergoes a step-by-step process designed to uncover the root causes of imbalance and guide them towards a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

  • Step 1: Initial Booking (All sessions are by appointment only)

    • Weekday sessions: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

    • Weekend sessions: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

    • Patients receive a scheduled time for their first consultation upon booking.

  • Step 2: Initial Medical Consultation with Primary Physician

    • Duration: 30 minutes

    • Includes:

      • Comprehensive medical history

      • Review of social, financial, and occupational background

      • Stress level estimation

      • Full physical examination

      • Initial investigations (if required)

If further tests are required, patients may be scheduled for a follow-up before referral to the Nutrition Physician.

  • Step 3: Nutritional Plan by Consultant Nutrition Physician – Dr. Nalinda Herath

    • Based on full medical evaluation and investigations.

    • Custom-designed monthly nutrition plan tailored to individual medical, social, and lifestyle needs.

  • Step 4: Weekly Follow-Up with Primary Physician

    • Duration: 15 minutes

    • To monitor patient progress and adjust therapy.

    • Priority follow-up scheduling is given to patients on monthly packages.

  • Step 5: Consultation with Dr. Pandula Basnayaka

    • Dr. Pandula offers personalized guidance based on his expertise in:

      • Bodybuilding

      • Traditional martial arts

      • Mindfulness practices

  • This multi-step consultation model ensures that every patient is treated as a whole person, not just a diagnosis, with dedicated support across medical, nutritional, physical, and emotional well-being.
